Nice apartment, Disappointing facilities

The host was a nice and friendly person, but unfortunately, they were not able to resolve any of the problems we experienced with the apartment. On the positive side, the rooftop terrace is lovely, and the shared swimming pool is very nice. The towels and bed sheets were very clean, which we appreciated. The automatic orange juicer was also a great feature and worked very well.

The apartment does not have an intercom, and we were provided with only one set of keys. The apartment is on the third floor, and the main entrance door to the building is always locked. As a result, you cannot enter or leave the property without the keys. With only one set of keys and no intercom, every time someone needs to leave or return to the apartment, someone has to go up and down three floors to open the door. This is extremely inconvenient and completely impractical, especially when travelling as a group. The washing machine does not work properly. The only solution suggested by the property manager was to try different settings, which is not an acceptable solution for a machine that is clearly faulty. Every time we have tried to use the washing machine, we have had to waste at least 30–40 minutes of our holiday waiting for it to decide whether it will actually work. Even then, if you are lucky it only seems to work with cold water. This is extremely inconvenient and has significantly affected our stay. A properly functioning washing machine should not require this much time, patience, and trial and error just to complete a basic wash. There are old, useless pieces of furniture stacked around the apartment, taking up unnecessary space and making the property difficult to clean and maintain properly. The carpets are also filthy and clearly need a thorough deep cleaning or replacement.

The apartment was great, the weather not so great.

Lovely apartment with everything you'd need. The pool area was really nice and quiet. The roof terrace is so lovely and a great extra space.

The apartment was wonderful, clean, well appointed and spacious. We had weather issues but the staff were responsive to our queries and answered any questions we had.

The only thing that would make it better would be some sort of reclining chair or lounger on the sizable roof terrace.
