Comfortable modern apartment centrally located.

Centrally located to walk to sights and restaurants. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Had everything you needed for your stay.

You couldn’t open the blinds as passers by could see straight in, felt a bit closed in.

4 / 10

Poor - Noisy, no privacy & bad customer service.

Location was around a 15 minute walk into the centre.

The noise & footfall traffic is ridiculous. So if you’re wanting to relax at any point in your apartment during the day do not book here as you get no privacy or quiet time. The apartment we was in was right next to the school front door; sadly the noise both in the mornings & afternoon was so loud it woke us up each day of our stay and in the afternoon lasted for hours with teenagers, school staff & general public standing outside the doors/windows leaning on them, banging & being generally loud. We also couldn’t have the blinds open at all as people looked through the doors/windows all day. The management we contacted to ask for an apartment swap or alternative was so unhelpful and rude - Poor customer service care.

7 / 10

It was perfect. I really enjoyed it. The studio flat was perfect for our needs.

It’s a studio apartment, which is great for short stays. 18min walk to main attractions. Lots of good cafes and eating places close by.

The bathroom does have a sewage smell. Unfortunately that smell is everywhere in Seville. There is some mould in the shower and brown marks on the shower floor (this could be due to bleach). But overall it was clean.

I recommend to anyone, it was a nice studio.
