Dirty, unresponsive staff, overall bad experience

To be honest there was a lot of things we didn't like in this accommodation. First off it was very hard to communicate with the stuff. No one was answering us for 3 whole days and when they did it was actually late in evening before we arrived. And they answered my friend in the end of September for some reason, we booked this for the start of September... The place was dirty and old. The sheets, the towels, the curtains everything had weird stains and tears. The wi-fi worked for like 10 minutes and that was it, it never worked again. Yes, it is cheap and we didn't expect 5 star anything but it was just too dirty. The location is ok, not the best not the worst. A solid 4/10 place, I don't know why it had such high ratings back in August.

Miserable
