The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was ok - not central, but very walkable to the old town through the beautiful park. Although I didn't use the bar, it looked stylish.

The lack of views from the room (it had skylights only, not possible to look out) The noise from the lift shaft all night The lack of facilities such as a gym, minibar etc. In my opinion this is a good upper-four-star hotel, not five star.

Lovely stylish hotel with it’s own car park, bar and restaurant. Really beautiful bedroom and amazing bathroom with spa bath, separate shower & separate loo. Spotlessly clean & in a good central location. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant too.

Fresh and delicious breakfast, it is possible to order scrambled eggs:) Wide variety of cheese and fruits, light meals as well (yoghurts etc.).

Fab hotel in a fab location surrounded by lovely cafes, bars, shopping, within easy walking distance of beautiful places of interest, the historic old town. very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean comfortable bedroom and en suite. Lovely bar and restaurant.

Nothing not to like.

Lovely room with a huge, well-appointed bathroom and big, comfortable bed. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and it also had underground parking (which was very convenient though quite a tight fit for our 4x4!). We really enjoyed the lobby bar and all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and HUGE.

Bed was comfy, decor is nice, good central location.

You can hear other people walking in their rooms. Stains on carpet. Underground parking is really, really tight for bigger cars.

Breakfast to Expensive

A superbly comfortable and attractively designed hotel, well worth its 5 stars and excellent value for money. The breakfast was also superb even including avocado,smoked salmon and empanadas. My room was really spacious and the spa shower room was fun. An attractive breakfast and dining room. 15 minutes walk to the old town and the railway station. Reception staff were friendly and always helpful.

Despite the spaciousness and otherwise excellent design of the room and bathroom, the wardrobe area was less well designed and lacked any drawer space for tops and underwear which had to go at floor level.
