About this apartment rental
Our completely renovated vacation apartment, with approximately 74 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to 5 people. The huge, 50-square-meter sun terrace, with views of the Spessart and Odenwald regions as well as Engelberg Abbey, is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal together. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed and a high-quality smart TV with satellite channels. Both bedrooms are brightly lit by natural light, and the larger one has direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen-living area, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The large table with its comfortable chairs, the 65-inch TV, and the board games provided are perfect for relaxing family evenings. The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in rain shower, a large mirror, and a hair dryer, rounds out the overall experience. In addition, there is a second, separate restroom. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The vacation rental has its own separate front door. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in front of the house free of charge. Payment is made on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib, rollaway bed, or high chair can be provided upon request (for a one-time fee of 15 EUR). Included in the base price (final cleaning, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, etc.)
