We loved our stay here. The location was brilliant for what we wanted to do, just a few minutes to the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace.
The check in was easy and communication with the host was very good.
The beds were comfortable and the accomodation was very clean.
The kitchen was well appointed.
Although there was a little noise from the apartment above at times we were not disturbed by that.
We would definitely stay again.
One of the showers (in the ensuite) was very difficult to operate and we could not get the hot water flowing so everyone had to share the main bathroom shower.
The dolce gusto coffee machine in the kitchen was not working, but there was a French press (plunger) as well so we were still able to have morning coffee. It would have been good if a little more milk was supplied - there were only a few small sachets.
It would have been good if there were dishwasher tablets supplied as we weren't able to use the dishwasher. There was washing liquid so we could wash dishes by hand instead. Overall the positives outweigh these small inconveniences and we were happy with our stay.

Gute, zentrumsnahe, Lage, Hunde erlaubt, Parkplatz vorhanden, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine verfügbar, Kommunikation mit Eigentümerin hat gut funktioniert. Genug Platz für 4 Personen.
Wäscheständer zu klein um eine Waschmaschinenladung zu trocknen. Man bekommt automatische Nachrichten, die nicht mit den individuell ausgemachten Vereinbarungen übereinstimmen. Ich denke, dass diese Unterkunft mit 700€ für 2 Nächte viel zu teuer ist.

Jól felszerelt konyha. Mosógép a szálláson.
Gyalog minden megközelíthető .
Kényelmes ágy.
Kevés evőeszközt volt.
A padló nagyon nyikorgott járás közben.
Kétszemélyes takaró kamaszokkal(3 kamasszal voltam) nem praktikus , valaki mindig fázott.

Great to have a dishwasher
It was very basic and lacked the little touches that made it feel special. Ensuite shower has drainage problems. Lack of shelving in bathroom. Living area needed a comfortable seat as when the sofa bed is in use, there is nowhere relaxing to sit.
An old towel had been left in the washing machine which I didn’t notice and went through with my clothing wash.
I found it very expensive for what was provided.
