No complaint!

everything
people kept interrupting whatever we were watching on the TV with airplay requests - turn it off on the tvs, or put them on a separate closed network from the customer facing wifi - our only gripe.

Very modern and clean. Good space
The 6 person apartment is a bit small for that amount of people and the second bedroom is directly connected to the first bedroom so inconvenient to get access especially in the night

location , modern clean
Young man on reception on sunday morning was great. Other staff weren't so good
Coissants and coffee machine reception were a nice touch and ability to leave bags after checkout was good
After a day of travelling the member of staff on reception didn't welcome us or direct us to the lift / rooms. I know it was a apartment hotel but all felt very clinical and unwelcoming. Also having to go down to basement to refill water bottles was a pain .
Our room didn't have a view or window - just a skylight -
