Great location and great staff especially manager Rajeev and Sam , breakfast average - less healthy options
If there was restaurant, it would have been more convenient.

It seemed clean
No lighting in bathroom, furniture in bad shape, hard mattress, floppy pillows, impossible to avoid stairs to reach our room

"My daughter needed a room after a meet in Guelph and I booked Waterloo Suites for her so we could conveniently go shopping the next day. She said the room was *Perfect*!"
