The service was great. They addressed our needs promptly and helped us change the rooms due to our concerns, as we were on an educational exchange with a group of students. The close proximity to the metro was a great bonus, making it safer for students to travel around.

For me the rooms were fresh and clean with free wifi. the location is very good. Close to all good eating joints. Next to train station. Staff was good and helpful.
The rooms size is very small in comparison to the nearby hotels -the premier room had the sink inside the room. Though the staff was helpful but hardly new english.
