De locatie, de hygiëne en de volledig en meer uitgeruste keuken! Op steenworp loopafstand van de zee én het bos en slechts 10 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum van Mimizan Plage. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, van spelletjes tot boeken, een fijne tuin. Verwarmingen en ventilators zijn aanwezig en ook ruikt het huis heerlijk door allerlei geurverfrissers.
De eettafel en stoelen leken verouderd en waren wat vrij klein, deze zouden best eens vervangen mogen worden. De badkamer was ook verouderd en de douchekop bleef niet goed hangen, waardoor douchen niet heel comfortabel was. Helaas veel muggen in de tuin, blijkbaar een probleem in Mimizan.

Maison extrêmement bien équipée, juste à côté de la plage et de l'école de surf. La maison dispose d'une belle terrasse ombragée et d'un grand jardin. Idéal pour les familles. Les amateurs de lecture y trouveront leur compte avec une bibliothèque bien fournie et très variée.
Accès à la chambre parental un peu raide.

La localisation parfaite à proximité immédiate de la Plage et des commerces
Le frigo qui se ferme mal et le rideau de douche pas très hygiénique, Beaucoup de moustiques, prévoir des protections type moustiquaire
