Modern and cosy accommodation in Pipera

I liked conditions offered by this apartment, the fact that it is a modern and cosy apartment perfect for 2 couples. Also the location facilitated a smooth exit from Bucharest.

A Highly Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay

Nothing . I moved out after 2 nights

My recent stay at this apartment was deeply unsatisfactory due to numerous issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort. Here’s a detailed account of the experience: Hygiene and Cleanliness Issues The apartment was in a deplorable state of cleanliness. The bedsheets were dirty, overused, and had a strong, unpleasant odor, indicating they hadn’t been properly washed. The towels were equally off-putting, smelling musty and feeling worn out from excessive use. The sofa was another major issue, covered in visible stains and dirt, making it uninviting and uncomfortable to use. The floors throughout the apartment were grimy, with dust and debris that made walking barefoot unpleasant. Structural and Maintenance Problems Beyond cleanliness, the apartment suffered from significant maintenance issues. Moisture was evident on the hallway walls and in the main bedroom, raising concerns about potential mold and creating a damp atmosphere. The shower and toilet leaked during and after use, leaving the bathroom floor wet and hazardous. The curtains were inadequate—small and unable to provide proper coverage, while the night curtains were broken, offering little privacy or light control. Building and Surroundings The building itself compounded the negative experience. The elevator was consistently dirty, with smudges and grime that made it unpleasant to use. Additionally, ongoing construction in the neighboring apartment caused relentless noise every day, disrupting any chance of rest or relaxation. The constant hammering and drilling were particularly intrusive. Overall Impression This apartment was a complete disappointment. The combination of filthy bedsheets, towels, and a stained, dirty sofa, coupled with maintenance issues like leaks and moisture, made for an uncomfortable and unhygienic stay. The dirty elevator and incessant construction noise further soured the experience.
