La propreté, le confort, les équipements et la clarté de l'appartement. La literie est excellente, il y a beaucoup de rangement. Le petit balcon bien orienté qui permet de contempler le coucher de soleil. L'appartement est idéalement situé entre Dinard et Saint Malo. Notre hôte Raphaël est sympathique et très disponible, merci encore. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely appartement, well equipped, quiet and comfortable with cozy decor. The balcony was nice to have and the on site parking great.
A bit far to walk to Saint-Malo old Town but great location as a base with a car to explore the area.

De nabijheid van een warme bakker, supermarkt en delicatessenwinkels. Ook de bushalte vlakbij. Verder is in het appartement alles aanwezig, zelfs koffie, thee, suiker, peper en zout. Een wasmachine en droogrek, zowel buiten als binnen gaf ook een meerwaarde
De afstand naar het centrum maar met de goede busverbinding was dat snel opgelost. De 2 zeteltjes in de living hebben een herstelbeurt nodig.
