About this apartment rental
Ideally located apartment, facing south, guaranteed sunshine all day long, with a splendid view of the mountains, at the foot of the slopes in the Lavachet neighborhood.
The Lavachet neighborhood is a quiet area near the Tignes-le-Lac resort center (an 8-minute walk or a 2-minute bus ride).
The residence is located 70 meters from a ski run that connects to two chairlifts (Paquis and Chaudanne) and 200 meters from a stop for the free shuttle bus that serves the entire resort, with stops at the ESF ski school and Évolution 2.
Spacious and modern, this 85 m² apartment, equipped with every comfort, will charm you with its very spacious (30 m²) luxury living room, high-end wood paneling and hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and two large south- and north-facing balconies (offering the two most beautiful views in Tignes).
A magnificent, fully equipped open-concept kitchen: central island, full-size refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fondue set, and a well-stocked selection of cookware and tableware.
Living room:
1 large sofa bed (sleeps 140/200)
1 large flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Bedrooms:
- 1 spacious bedroom with windows, 1 double bed (160x200) + storage
- 1 enclosed bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) against the wall + storage + skylight overlooking the living room
- 1 bedroom with windows, 1 double bed (140x200) + storage + partition wall, 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds (90x190) and 1 pull-out bed (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
- 1 bathroom with sink, bathtub, and washing machine.
- 1 separate restroom
- 2 ski lockers on the first floor of the building
150 meters from the residence: local shops, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ATM, and ski pass sales office.
We recommend reserving your ski equipment at the ZATO Sport ski shop (ski set), located 30 meters from the residence, where you’ll receive a 30% discount and quality service.
For vehicles, paid indoor parking is required; be sure to reserve your spot in advance at the LAVACHET parking lot http://www.tignes.net

Bed linens are not included; we offer a rental service for €20 per set (sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) upon request.
Please remember to bring your own bath towels.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included; you must leave the apartment in IMPECCABLE condition, just as you found it upon arrival, or opt for the cleaning service for 150€.

The apartment is spacious. Plenty big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was really well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The location is great. Can ski down to the Lavachet button easily- only about150m walking. My only gripe: We were asked to pay 25pp cash for bed linen and towels. Which is a shame given how much the rental per week is already. The sheets were poor quality, scratchy, only one flat pillow and the towel was tiny. Also the shower curtain was absolutely filthy and smelt so bad the second hot water went on it. It really needs replacing! But overall, the place is great and PG was good at communicating. Isabelle was attentive and met us as we arrived and came to see us the day before we left to give us key instructions.

Great location, clean property. Bed situation rather a shame for the high cost of the apartment.one double mattress very squashed into a box room,Small doubles in another room. One shower is old with shower curtain and in need of renovation.Very poor bed linen provided which had to be paid for as an extra. Towels also poor quality.Wifi not very good, which was a shame as well.Clean property and good flat manager who allowed an hour later check out which was helpful.
