Vacation Apartment 18-8 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
This cozy 4-room vacation apartment, “Sonnenschein,” spans two levels and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The approximately 70 m² apartment features a southeast-facing balcony. It includes a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon vacation complex.
You can access the furnished balcony from the living area. The bright living room, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, invites you to relax. From the cozy dining area, you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books and games. Laminate flooring was chosen for the living area.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Children’s tableware and a wide range of kitchen utensils are also provided. The floor in the entryway and kitchen area is tiled.
On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom renovated in 2020 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a radio alarm clock, and a wardrobe. An interior staircase leads to the attic, which features two additional bedrooms that were also renovated in 2021. Each is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV, while the other has a desk. All bedrooms feature designer flooring.
The shower room, which has a window, a double sink, and a separate toilet, also features designer flooring. This vacation rental includes a travel crib and a high chair. Younger guests are also provided with Duplo blocks and sand toys. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in House 18. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eine tolle Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und nur einen kurzen Gehweg vom Strand entfernt ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Brötchen vormittags direkt ums Eck und Eierautomat ebenso und falls noch etwas fehlt sind es nur wenige Meter zu Aldi und Markant.. Optimal für Familien

Unsere Wohnung lag sehr günstig direkt vor einem Spielplatz- so war sie für andere Anwohner/ Besucher nicht einzusehen. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut und in unserem Fall die Ausstattung der Wohnung schön modern. Es war alles vorhanden, nur der Staubsauger war eine Katastrophe; ) ...
Zum Strand ist es nicht weit- leider aber fast unmöglich eine Strandkorb zu bekommen, wenn man den nicht 5 Monate vorher reserviert hat.
Die Abwicklung mit dem Service hat gut geklappt. Toll das auch an Sonntagen jemand da ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in nächster Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Auf den Fotos im Internet ist leider nicht zu erkennen, dass der direkte Weg zu vielen Unterkünften an der Wohnung entlang führt und der Balkon liegt oberhalb. Der Bäckerwagen steht 50 Meter entfernt, super. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön und der Strand wunderbar zu erreichen. Boltenhagen hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
