Vacation Apartment 05-8 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
Your cozy 4-room apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located at the end of Building 5 on the first floor and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. Spanning over 70 square meters of living space across two floors, the apartment features a living and dining room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, and a guest restroom. The Papillon vacation complex is only about 250 meters from the beach.
You can access the furnished balcony from the living room on the first floor. The living area is furnished with a cozy corner sofa and a dining area for six people. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a docking station. The living and entryway areas are tiled.
The kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the basement, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Exterior blinds were chosen to darken the entire apartment.
The interior staircase on the first floor leads you to the upper level and the bedrooms. These are equipped with wardrobes and one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm). The bedroom on the left also features a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have laminate flooring.
The modern, tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower with clear glass, a separate toilet with a window, and a built-in radio. A special feature of this apartment is the additional guest bathroom in the basement. Bicycles can be parked in the building’s bike rack. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Toll ist das 2. WC und der 2. Fernseher oben im Schlafzimmer, das Radio im Bad. Das Team von Nordic ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Wie immer ist die Freundlichkeit und der Service der MA vor Ort ganz hervorragend.
Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Besonders gefallen hat uns das kleine Gäste-WC in der ehemaligen Abstellkammer.
Die Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr usw) ist bereits etwas ramponiert und hier und da müssten ein paar kleinere Reparatur durchgeführt werden.
Alles in allem aber eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis.

Schöne Wohnung in einer guten, ruhigen Lage. Das Feriendorf liegt nur ca 250 m vom Strandaufgang 1. Seebrücke, Kurpark und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Rund um die Ferienhäuser sind gepflegte Rasenflächen und Bäume.
Die Treppe in der Wohnung nach oben ist schon ziemlich steil, war für uns kein Problem, da unsere Kinder groß sind.
Sollte etwas nicht so sein, wie ihr es euch vorgestellt habt, dann schafft Nordic innerhalb kürzester Zeit Abhilfe.
Preis - Leistung war für und wirklich ok und Boltenhagen hat uns gut gefallen.
