About this house rental
Summary:
An elegant studio on the second floor of the same tower house, restored in 2019 with carefully chosen furnishings. For 2 guests.
The Space:
Bright open-plan space with a double bed, full kitchenette with washing machine, private bathroom with a modern shower. Air conditioning and heating. No direct sea view, but the central location makes up for it.
Guest Access:
Second floor, easily reached by most guests. Can be combined with the other Ventu de Ma units for up to 6 guests, and with nearby Unda de Ma for up to 11.
The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Vernazza, a short walk from restaurants, pubs and local shops.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes).
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a supplement.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy!
There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere else.
There is a restaurant directly below this unit and they had late parties with live music several nights while we were there. We felt that, like the stairs, that is par for the course if you are staying in the main part of town. People eat dinner around 7 or 7:30 and stay out late. We hiked around in the heat all day, so we were worn out and went to bed as most people were heading out for the evening, so we just wore earplugs and the music was no problem for us at all. We liked being right there in the vibrant center of town. The location is amazing and I would definitely stay here again!

Fine experience in Vernazza, very clean, helpful staff and nice perks in the room. The only bad part was the music permeating the room in the late night/post-midnight hours from what we believe was a nearby bar/restaurant. You would think the business would be cognizant of its neighbors during sleep hours, but this was not the case.

Lovely apartment - make sure you get help with the luggage when you check in and check out steps are very steep (same everywhere)
