About this house rental
Warm apartment located on the first floor of a house, for up to 4 guests, access to the garden and wooden terrace, facing south.
Fully equipped, comfortable and ideal for a pleasant stay.
Ideally located:
- 300 m from local shops (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, etc.)
- 3km from Gérardmer
- 5km from the ski slopes of Gérardmer and its lake
- 10km from the ski slopes of La Bresse
- 2km from the lake of Longemer
- Numerous hiking departures nearby
Our accommodation:
Living room with 55" TV, coffee table and corner sofa.
Wifi (fiber) available free of charge in the accommodation.
Heaters (automatic, managed by the remote host) in all rooms.
Large living room.
Kitchen equipped with fridge including freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, raclette machine, coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils + crockery provided, pancake party appliance.
First Chamber:
a 2-seater bed 160x200
a wardrobe with wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror, tables and bedside lamps.
Second Chamber:
two single beds 90X190
a wardrobe with wardrobe, wardrobe, mirror, tables and bedside lamps.
Bathroom:
a walk-in shower (125x80), washbasin, wall mirror, washing machine and hairdryer + storage, laundry sink.
Passenger access:
Shared entrance to the residence
Outside:
Private outdoor parking.
Private garden (without fence but delimited) with wooden terrace, outdoor tables and chairs, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Other remarks / Miscellaneous information:
Pillows, duvets, dish towels and bath mats provided. A garbage bag and toilet roll provided, as well as some household products.
Bath linen and sheets to be provided (possibility of renting sheets on request and at least 48 hours in advance: 15€ double bed, 10€ single bed, and 10€ for the whole bath linen).
During school holidays, weekly rental only unless the accommodations are available "at the last minute".
Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures before 10 am.

No spaces to share, entire private accommodation as well as private unfenced garden.
Parking space in front of the shared apartment with the other apartments located in the house, please park properly as indicated in the instructions so that everyone has space.
