About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in the heart of the village of Les Houches, and its modern decor blends perfectly with the mountain atmosphere. Fully equipped, all you have to do is enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, the cozy living spaces, and the warm, inviting atmosphere.
You’ll enjoy the pool in the summer and being able to walk to downtown Les Houches and the various shops, leaving your car in the parking lot with complete peace of mind. Chamonix is 10 minutes away.
This apartment, which isn’t overlooked by neighboring buildings, designed in a loft style, features a separate entryway for your sports gear, a 20-square-meter living room with two sofas and a TV, a very well-equipped kitchen area (wine cooler, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc.), including a dining table that seats 6–8 people, as well as 2 bedrooms (one of which is on the mezzanine) and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). Only one of the two bathrooms has a toilet.
The laundry area with a washing machine will allow you to return from your activities with complete peace of mind, leaving you free to fully enjoy the warm atmosphere of the place with family or friends.
In the summer, you’ll love relaxing on the terrace and by the pool, enjoying the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being right in the heart of Les Houches.
Please note that the bedrooms do not have doors; instead, curtains separate them from the living area (loft). The space was remodeled in September 2024.
There are many shops just a few meters away, such as a tobacco shop, a bakery, a deli, a grocery store with local products, and a Carrefour Contact located a 10-minute walk away.
Ideally located, especially for a group of hikers or skiers, with access to a beautiful trail—such as a ski-touring route—that heads from Bellevue toward Maison Neuve to reach the summit of Col de Voza. You’ll enjoy exploring the other nearby ski lifts as well as the many ski areas the valley has to offer, all of which are easily accessible by car or public transportation.
There’s nothing better to end the day than some après-ski at the Kitsch INN Bar, the “Le Spot” brasserie for delicious burgers, or the pizzeria to savor a taste of Italy, which is so close by.
Located near the highway exit, you’ll enjoy being able to reach Chamonix in just 10 minutes, as well as the many gems that make this valley one of the most beautiful in the world. As for the village of Les Houches, simply leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the village’s authentic charm as you explore it on foot.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the gondola. Just a note, there are not two full bathrooms. One is just a shower and sink, no toilet. The place was nice though.
