Our Borgo Pion in Brenzone del Garda exudes a touch of Cinque Terre. This small, idyllic enclave—with its colorful houses at the foot of Monte Baldo and a magnificent view of the lake—was built in 2003 with great care and attention to detail. The developer drew inspiration from the now-abandoned village of Campo, with its medieval ruins. As a result, Borgo Pion blends beautifully into the stunning landscape and the blue waters of Lake Garda.
Our small apartment, Casalina, can be reached directly from the lake via 124 steps or quite conveniently by car.
Here, you’re welcome to feel right at home and relax, exercise, set out on excursions, explore local sights, or simply lounge in a deck chair by our fantastic swimming pool and enjoy the view of the lake. To each their own. Life is simply beautiful!
Starting right from your front door, you can hike relatively easily through Biaza and Fasor to Campo, or uphill to Prada. Following the lake’s shore, the route takes you through Pai to Torre Del Benaco (9.5 km); from there, you can take a bike, scooter, or car on the car ferry to the other side of the lake to Toscolano Maderno, or simply walk along the lake to the small harbor of Castelletto (approx. 1 km) and continue through Castellione to Malcesine (11.3 km). Not to mention a trip to Verona, Brescia, Venice, Trento, or the rock chapel in Spiazzi. In short, a paradise for hikers, sports enthusiasts, curious travelers, or those looking to relax.
What do we offer you at our Casalina?
Coffee and tea are provided, along with a kettle, an Italian espresso maker for the gas stove, a panini grill, a garden grill, a hair dryer, and a washing machine; all dishes are included. Also included is access to the pool area with its lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels. There is also a one-time cleaning fee of 70 euros on the day of departure. Borgo Pion is accessible only with a key. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house.
If you’d like something a little extra, simply enjoy breakfast at Hotel Bolognese. Anna-Clara’s team will serve you on the wonderful sun terrace right by the lake.

Perfect location if you want to get away from the crowds yet be super close to the “beach” and cosy town. The apartment is very comfortable and holds everything you need. A big plus is the small secluded garden.
