About this house rental
Large accommodation of 70m2, classified 3*** 1st floor of our house, in the Balme de Sillingy, (10 km from Annecy and 35 min from Geneva/airport).
It has a bedroom with 1 queen size double bed, and a 2nd large bedroom with 4 single beds that can also be transformed into a double bed. The living room is equipped with a large and very comfortable sofa bed, a ceiling fan, a pellet stove, a TV... The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave.... The large bathroom offers you the basic necessities and towels, shower and a washing machine
In a quiet area, you will have access on the first floor to a private fenced garden with pergola and sun loungers, table and chairs for the summer and a balcony from the apartment.
Ideal for holidays, weekends, suitable for telecommuting and professionals (wifi fiber). Everything is included bedding, toiletries, cleaning. Outside you will have 5 parking spaces and absolute calm. We look forward to welcoming you

A lovely place to stay: quiet, very clean, the apartment is well organized and provided with whatever necessary for a nice stay.
Carine and her family are perfect hosts and we have felt perfectly at ease with them. I would 100% recommend this accommodation.
