Gîte "La Lavande"
Large stone house with pool and park – Ideal for families and groups
Welcome to Gîte La Lavande, a large stone house with authentic charm, ideal for recharging your batteries in the middle of nature.
Its 4 spacious and independent suites, each equipped with its own private bathroom and toilet, offer comfort and privacy to all travellers, including groups with different lifestyles.
The cottage is nestled in a particularly quiet and relaxing environment.
Capacity of the gîte :
The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for your stays with family or friends.
The basic rate is for 8 people, with an extra charge of €140 per person for the stay over 8.
The price is automatically adjusted according to the number of guests entered at the time of booking.
○ Outdoor areas & relaxation
Enjoy a large swimming pool of 6 × 10 m made up of two pools, one of which is small about 1 m deep, perfect for children.
The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room under vaults, a charming inner courtyard, and a large sun terrace overlooking the garden, with barbecue.
The wooded park of several hectares offers many activities:

_espace outdoor relaxation
Basketball _panier
_terrain petanque
_beach-volleyball
ping-pong _table
The estate, located on the edge of the forest, is not fenced, which reinforces the feeling of freedom and nature.
○ Horses & equestrian activities
New: we now welcome Camargue hiking horses.
We offer dressage classes as well as small group hikes.
It is also possible to house your own horses in the paddock (prices and conditions on request).
○ Nature & activities nearby
A hiking trail starts directly from the estate, goes down to the river and runs along the property (about 20 minutes of operation).
The region offers a multitude of activities:
hiking, canoeing, horse riding, climbing, tree climbing, caving...
In the immediate vicinity, discover exceptional natural sites such as:
_le Pont d'Arc
_l'Aven d'Orgnac
_la Chauvet Cave

Really lovely and quirky house. Great pool, although too late in the season for us to really use it. Excellent tennis court and basketball hoop - lots of fun. Excellent access to the Gorge and various hikes. Highly recommend.

A fabulous, quirky house spread over many levels with all the mod cons ensured a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing! We loved our stay and meeting our lovely, friendly and helpful host.
