I even do not know who can rated this beautiful place less than ten. Hotel is located on amazing spot, very calm and views from it are wonderful. Everything is so clean that it is hard to explain. Many thanks to Silvia and Paolo!)

A lovely B&B hotel in a peaceful area which is run by a very welcoming family . Everything was spotlessly clean and appeared to be recently refurbished. My single room was very comfortable with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with a range of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cold meats and cheeses, cakes etc.
There is also a comfortable bar and lounge area.
The ski bus which stops outside the hotel runs to a fairly limited schedule. I found it more convenient to use a ski deposit available at the lifts. It is then an easy walk to either the Catinaccio lift or to the bus stop on the main road with a more frequent service to all the main lifts.

Everything was just perfect! The entire hotel was recently renovated, everything is new and very well decorated and perfectly clean. Secured parking lot,
close to all skis resorts. i wish i could stay more ❤️

Really nice the atmosphere in the hotel, well decorated and clean. There were some board games availabe in the main communal space that we used with pleasure. The staff was really nice and the room was clean and big enough. Super happy about the garage that we could use to cover the car in a cold and snowy winter and the ski room where to leave our stuff protected.

Myself and my girlfriend spent a weekend here and we absolutely loved it. Our room was comfortable warm and clean and was one of the nicest most homely places we have stayed. Everyone was so friendly and despite most of the people working there having little English were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our breakfast every morning was delicious and included some beautiful homemade treats. I would highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful stay.

Quiet. Beautiful scenery. Access to restaurants and hikes on foot.
Room was a bit stuffy even with the windows open but the temperatures this summer were quite extreme. Would be super cozy in winter.

The hotel is very comfortable and charming.
The room was spacious and the terrace was amazing
Our main issue with the hotel that ruined our stay was the following -
We travel a lot in Italy and this was the first time we were asked the following -
1. Do not eat Pizza in the room
2. Do not take a fruit out of the breakfast room.
We paid quite a lot for a 3-star B&B and we have never been asked not to eat in our room or that we cannot grab an extra piece of fruit from breakfast
Also, the bathroom is not very comfortable to use and there is no safety against slipping (Which happened to both of us)

the only inconvenience that the hotel does not mention during booking is the absolute prohibition of eating in the rooms. it is even forbidden to make tea or coffee in the room. I travel a lot and I meet with this for the first time.

In my opinion the hotel is a bit overpriced. The ski resort was about 10 minutes away by skibus, however the connection was very poor (only 4/5 ski buses per day), eventually we had to use the car. What's more we felt a bit like on a school camp, you can not drink or eat in the room, there is no fridge nor any kettle, the rules in the hotel are strict. After ski, it would be nice to have the oportunity to drink something hot in the room without having to go to the bar and pay every time for the tea or coffee. Also the internet issue is a mistake, you have only 1 password per person with is absurdal in 2020. All in all, the hotel is really clean and well-designed, however not worth such an amount of money.
