About this house rental
Original Provençal villa on the heights of Les Issambres about 1 km from coves and beaches, ideal for 6 adults and 4 children.
As soon as you arrive, you will enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of St Tropez. Access to beaches and coves in 15 to 20 mins on foot but the car is recommended.
Bright villa of 170 m2 with private outdoor pool.
From each room, you will enjoy the sea view except for the 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
On arrival, you will be greeted by Christelle who will give you the keys.
She will also take care of the cleaning before and after each rental.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Entire villa on 2 levels, with a capacity for 10 people:
- First floor:
* Living room open to the veranda,
* Dining room,
* Open fitted kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with access to large terrace and garden,
* 1 bedroom (bed 160) with cupboard and TV,
* 1 bedroom (3 beds in 90) with cupboard and TV,
* 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet,
* 1 cupboard converted into a wardrobe in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
- Garden level:
* 1 master suite (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90) - bathroom with toilet - cupboard and dresser - TV - access to 2 terraces with sea view,
* 1 master suite (1 bed 160) - shower room - large dressing room - TV - office area - access to a terrace with sea view,
* 1 separate toilet,
* 1 laundry room (washing machine, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, folding dryer),
* 1 travel cot on request.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
- Exterior:
* Numerous sunny or shaded terraces with sea views,
* Fitted summer kitchen (gas barbecue, plancha, sink and storage) to take your meals.
* 7X3 swimming pool equipped with 1 audible alarm, with beach and sunbeds.
A person will come to maintain and check the pool once a week.

From the port of Les Issambres, you can reach Saint Tropez in a few minutes thanks to the maritime shuttle from morning to night.

The house is beautifully situated on a hillside, with the property laid out in a terraced style. Areas such as the BBQ zone and the pool are very well designed. The house itself is spacious and ideal for two families. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.The bathroom fixtures will need to be replaced in the near future, as they are quite old. In the tree on the left side of the property, there were animals living that you wouldn’t want inside the house (although they did not enter). This issue requires urgent attention from the property owner.
