Beautiful 3.5-bedroom family apartment (B1) located in a quiet residential neighborhood (San Michele), near the shopping center and all amenities (1 km), halfway between Bastia and Bonifacio. Ground-floor apartment (not on the pool side)
This air-conditioned apartment features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, a private covered terrace, a parking space, and access to the outdoor area, including a secure pool shared by 4 apartments. The four owners/friends of the four apartments are very concerned about maintaining the common areas.
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 euros is due upon key return. Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and dish towels (20 euros per person per week) are provided, or you may bring your own linens. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed unless requested in advance.
