You’ll love our rustic, modern, and exclusive Chalet Weitsee! Our chalet is lovingly furnished and features two apartments. The Lofer vacation apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates 2–4 people. On the upper floor is the Fellhorn vacation apartment, which is designed for 2–6 people, with one bedroom located in the attic.

The modern and exclusive Fellhorn vacation apartment is located on the upper floor and accommodates 2–6 people. The new vacation apartment features: • 3 rustic and cozy bedrooms with double beds (180×200), with the third bedroom located in the attic • 2 gorgeous bathrooms with rain showers (one on the upper floor and one in the attic) • an additional guest restroom • a very cozy, spacious living and dining room (40 square meters), with a very comfortable sofa, a 49-inch curved TV, and a large dining table • an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and headroom-friendly range hood that leaves nothing to be desired • a beautiful, south-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views invites you to linger and relax. • Of course, all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. You’ll immediately feel at home in our exclusive chalet and forget all about your daily routine. The garage offers plenty of space to store your ski gear. There are also plenty of PARKING SPACES available. If you’re a larger group, you can rent 4 or 5 apartments, providing space for up to 26 people. Before you arrive, we’ll send you the free “Reit im Winkl Inklusiv Card,” which gives you access to an incredible number of services locally, in the Chiemgau region, and in the Kaiserwinkl area—either for free or at a discount. Reit im Winkl: A Climate Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climate resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial for recovery and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a “climatic health resort” in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high altitude, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its overall climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valley incisions on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of natural heat and an extensive bus service.
