🏡 The space
An elegant open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the pool and whirlpool. The fully equipped kitchen includes spices, oil, coffee, and tea. Hotel-quality toiletries, soft towels, blackout curtains, and quiet air conditioning in every bedroom.

From the terrace, balcony, and garden, you can see the sea across the Bay of Kaštela, the Kozjak Mountains, and the city lights.

✔ Beach & seaside promenade approx. 1 km – within walking distance
✔ Supermarket, cafés, and restaurants within about 1 km
✔ Trogir 10 min, Split 15 min by car
✔ Split Airport 10 min (taxi/Uber approx. €15)
A car is recommended for day trips to Krka, Plitvice, Omiš, and the islands.

🏊 Pool season: the pool is heated from April through October. From November through March, the large pool is closed; the hot tub can be heated upon request (electricity charged at cost).

🏗️ Good to know: a few neighboring lots are still under construction, so there may be occasional daytime construction work nearby. If it ever bothers you, just let us know—we’ll find a solution.
