About this apartment rental
"Caretaker's Apartment"—our XXL apartment on the 3rd floor of Haus Berolina, featuring two south-facing balconies!
Plenty of space in a spacious 94 m² living area for up to 6 people (up to 4 adults):
- Entryway with coat rack
- Large living room with corner bench and table, couch, armchair, and TV,
direct access to the covered, furnished, south-facing balcony
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and microwave, etc.,
Dining area for 6 people
- Bedroom with box spring bed (2 mattresses, 100 x 200 cm, with a continuous topper), wardrobe, two Copperfield sleeper chairs, and TV
- Bedroom with box spring bed (2 mattresses, 100 x 200 cm, with a continuous topper), closet, and TV
Access to the furnished, covered south-facing balcony
- Modern bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bright guest bathroom
Swimming in the property’s own pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
The apartment includes two parking spaces in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
Bicycles can be stored in one of the two bicycle storage rooms in the underground garage or on the first floor.
On floors 1 through 4 in Building D, there are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.
Please understand that smoking is only permitted on the balconies!
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!
IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
