This penthouse was recently completely redecorated and awaits you with
a fresh & modern design.
The location is excellent:
Close to the city center, KIT, FZI, Technologiefabrik, and Hoepfner Burg. A supermarket, restaurants, the university (KIT), and the Karl-Wilhelm-Platz tram stop are right around the corner!
You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful
amenities this penthouse has to offer.
The penthouse features 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and Disney+
, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer, and everything you need.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, and there’s also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo.
With two additional comfortable sleeper sofas, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.
A free underground parking space (max. clearance height 190 cm) is available, as well as plenty of parking spaces around the building, some of which require a fee.
Decibel-measuring sensors may be installed in the penthouse.
These sensors do not record voices or conversations but are used to detect excessive noise levels. A camera is installed outside the apartment door and records movement.

The host is very communicative and the apartment is very clean and spacious.

The building is the highest and being at the very top the views are great. The location is close to down town with out being in the middle of the crowds and traffic. The street car line right outside makes transportation to every thing at your finger tips. The apartment had everything a family would need to live comfortably. We slept, bath and ate there but during the day we were out seeing the sights. The instructions the owner gave from start to finish left nothing to wonder about

The Penthaus was the perfect location for our visit to Karlsruhe from the US. Clean, spacious and lots of natural light. Kids loved the hot tub after a long day out doing activities. Would definitely stay there again when we come back to Germany.
