Large T2 apartment fully air-conditioned (50 m2-Ground floor) located in the private and secure high-end residence of the Domaine de la Viva in the heart of Porticcio: 200m from the shops and 100m from the beach, restaurants, nautical center and departure of the maritime shuttle to Ajaccio and excursions to Bonifacio and the Calanques de Piana. Everything is quickly accessible on foot.

The 20m2 terrace overlooking a green area has a table, chairs, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue/gas grill/plancha. It offers a very nice view of the sea and the mountains.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, and all necessary crockery.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space. Separate toilet.
The living room has a 160X200 sofa bed, a large TV, a coffee table and a sideboard with storage.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140*200 bed, a closet with ample storage, a dresser with 6 drawers and a television.

A parking space is available.
Loan of baby/child equipment (cot and booster seat for children) on request from the Porticcio concierge service.
