Close to downtown Sainte-Maxime (3 km) and the beaches (2.5 km—Plage de la Nartelle) + Direct access to the Sainte-Maxime Golf Course (Bluegreen—18 holes).

The bright living room features very comfortable sofas (that convert into beds) and a 50-inch Smart TV with Wi-Fi (+ Netflix access).
The half-bath leads to a laundry area (washer + dryer, ironing board, and iron).
This living room opens onto a spacious terrace and a 45 m² covered loggia, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends. The southwest-facing terrace features a beautiful dining table, lounge chairs, and a new gas grill (+ griddle).

The second bedroom sleeps four (two bunk beds plus a sofa bed that converts to a 160x200 double bed) and features a spacious double closet and a 42-inch Smart TV (with Netflix access).
The bathroom (double sink, bathtub, hair dryer) is complemented by a second toilet (separate from the bathroom).
