About this villa rental
NEW! For your holidays by the sea, with family or friends, choose our beautiful Villa ALBA MARANA that can accommodate up to 12 people. Located in a private residence, this semi-detached house of 165m2 with terrace, fully air-conditioned and equipped with WIFI, is only 100m from the sandy beaches of the lagoon cordon la Marana.
On the first floor:
*1 entrance hall
*1 cozy living room (TV/fireplace insert)
*1 large veranda (overlooking the garden)
*1 fully equipped kitchen
*1 dining room + office area
*1 toilet with washbasin
*1 master suite (with private shower room)
Upstairs:
*1 toilet with washbasin
*4 master suites, each with their own bathroom
*1 attic mezzanine with private shower room. NB: We recommend sleeping high up for children aged 8 and +, teenagers or young adults because the staircase is steep and without railings (see photo). For the little ones there is a small bed on the floor under the mezzanine.
Outside (150m2):
*1 wooden terrace with pergola with adjustable slats
*1 small fenced and secure synthetic lawn garden
*1 garden shed
*Free parking in front of the house +
