About this house rental
An Tevenn, new house from 2020 classified 4 stars by the tourist office.
The house with a surface area of 145m2 consists of:
-An entrance, living room with dining room, living room and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee / Nespresso machine, toaster, and all kitchen accessories.
-A storeroom with storage.
-3 Bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms with 160 x 200 bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 100 x 200. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
-A mezzanine upstairs with TV area and an outdoor terrace upstairs.
- A terrace on the first floor giving access to the swimming pool of 7x3m x H1.45 heated to 28°C (from May to September) and equipped with a PVC electric safety shutter. Treatment by salt chlorinator (natural chlorine).
- A garden of 800 m2.
- 2 parking spaces and a garage (not accessible to vehicles) including washing machine and dryer.
-Baby equipment available, cot, high chair.
-Trampoline.
-STARLINK high-speed internet.
-Pets allowed with prior agreement.
For your leisure activities we provide you with 6 bicycles (VTC) at no extra charge.

Check-out before 9:00 am
Rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
The swimming pool will be in service and heated from April 26, 2025.

The town of Penmarc'h offers a vast coastline of about 10 km long, there are various beaches and lagoon marshes, charming fishing ports such as St-Guénolé, Saint-Pierre and Kérity which are regularly animated by festivities in times estivales.Il there are also many restaurants and local shops. Come and relax at the end of the world!

We had an excellent stay! The house is beautiful with plenty of room for the family. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, but feels miles away from your day to day. Host is amazing too! Helpful, but not intrusive. A really fabulous stay!

We loved the house from the very first second. Thank you for having us. Thank you for the warm welcome. We had a perfect time to relax at home, long walks at the beach or interesting sight seeing trips. Everything you need for daily life is very close. The beach is awsome for surfers. We had a wonderful time and the hosts were very friendly in settling us in. The welcome pack was also generous and we were very grateful for it! The house was very well equipped and everything had been thought of. We loved the pool, the peace, the bikes, the surfboard and the proximity to the beach. Our only regret is that we had only the 1 week! We hope to come back one day, thank you Christophe and Alexandre.
