We brought the kids along for a week of fun in Juan-les-Pins. The apartment had plenty of space for us all plus it’s near parks and beaches that kept them busy.

This place is a gem! The layout was perfect for our group, and we appreciated the easy access to the train station, It made our trips to Antibes a breeze,

The property is in a good location and after some initial difficulty reaching the property agency, communication was smooth. The apartment is not beachfront as represented in the description but is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning was great. The furniture in the living room was very dirty. The couch was covered in stains and had holes in it; a pullout ottoman was also very stained. The headboards were not attached to anything and kept falling over. One of the beds had no mattress cover, there was only a flat sheet wrapped loosely around the mattress. The cupboards had broken and chipped glasswear and dishes in them and there were only a couple of each. It was fine for a couple nights but I would not stay here again.
