About this apartment rental
The spacious living room is perfect for cozy get-togethers, whether you’re chatting, playing a board game at the “round table,” or watching a DVD or TV from the plush sofa. You can enjoy the covered double balcony, which gets sunlight all day long, in any weather—whether you’re reading an exciting book or, thanks to the mild climate, even after dark, with a glass of Merlot (Ticino wine). If you feel like cooking something yourself again, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that, with its integrated dining area, feels inviting and makes many things much more convenient.
Events:
In May/June, the Strawberry Festival is celebrated; live music concerts, an antiques market, and the international street performers’ gathering and festivals provide entertainment.
In the summer, a wide variety of music festivals and sporting events take place, as well as fireworks displays and the famous Locarno Film Festival.
In the fall, the Grape Festival and the Chestnut Festival are celebrated.
These are just a few examples.

We can highly recommend this spacious, very well-equipped and clean appartment. Ideal for our family of 5 with two bedrooms, large lounge, big LED TV and generous balcony. The location in Muralto itself is lovely and quiet with local shops to walk to. It is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Locarno with its many shops and outdoor eating places. There were plenty of things to do to keep three children (aged 7 to 14) amused including the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities in the building. We were spoilt for choice: plenty of beautiful walks or bike rides, lots of sports facilities including tennis and golf, boat trips to the market places like Cannobio or Luino, lovely towns to visit, and of course sampling the Italian Swiss foods and plenty of wine. The kitchen was very well equipment for those evenings when we ate in. Owners spoke English, which made the booking very easy. Guest book available with plenty of tips. Covered car park, locked. Washing machines, tumble dryers and drying rooms available in building. Perfect.? A & Family
