Enjoy an elegant, centrally located single-level apartment in Le Puy-en-Velay with Wi-Fi, situated on the first floor of a 6-unit building. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a two-person sofa bed, a large dining table, a TV with numerous Orange channels, a mini stereo system with radio/CD player, USB port, and Bluetooth, a work area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment stays cool in the summer thanks to its good insulation and its ground-floor location. The gas heating is also comfortable in winter.
Guests are welcome to use all the rooms and amenities in the apartment.
You can arrive at any time after 4:00 PM, as the keys will be in a secure box.
Access to the residence is easy thanks to its location near Exit 51 toward Le Puy-en-Velay from National Route 88. It’s also close to the SNCF train station and the bus station.
The neighborhood is quiet since it’s almost exclusively residential. With the windows closed, you won’t hear any traffic from the avenue and can sleep peacefully.
It’s easy to find a place to park your car near the apartment, unlike apartments in the city center or, worse yet, in the historic district. And yet you’re just a 15-minute walk from the main tourist attractions.
