The charm of a renovated house in a popular area of Croix de Vie in Boisvinet, close to all amenities, the port (200m) and a family beach (3 minutes walk). The city center with its pedestrian street is 500m away. No need to take your car, everything is nearby (train station, restaurants, sailing school, beach, fishing on foot, pier for a getaway to the island of Yeu...). 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, the charm of the old: Happiness by the water...
