The living and dining area features a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, sink, toaster, and coffee maker.
The large dining table with four chairs is perfect for sharing meals together.
From the sofa, you can wind down at the end of the day watching TV or simply unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet while gazing out the window (river view).
The pull-out sofa sleeps one additional person (or up to two small children).
The next room leads to the bedroom, which is equipped with two wardrobes and a large bed with two mattresses.
The bed can be converted into two single beds by sliding the mattresses apart, making the vacation rental ideal for tradespeople or business travelers.
It takes just a 14-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to reach the center of Kempten and the pedestrian zone.
