ZUMAIAKO TXAPITULA is a beautiful sloping apartment located in the wonderful coastal town of Zumaia. It is located 7 km from Getaria, 12 from Zarautz and 35 from San Sebastián, with very good communication by public transport and by highway and expressways. The house is located in the upper neighborhood of San José, which since 2019 has a modern system of elevators and walkways with panoramic views of the city. This access system connects the neighborhood effortlessly with the center in just 5 minutes. It should be noted that the building does NOT have an elevator. The garret Zumaiako Txapitula is close to the old town and the town center but away from the noise and hubbub.
