This beautiful apartment with a balcony is ideal for a stay in the lovely city of Nice. The apartment is located right in the heart of the Carré d'Or, less than 5 minutes from Place Masséna and 7 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais. Newly renovated and fully equipped, it offers all the comforts you need for 4 people (2 bedrooms with 2 double beds available). An ironing kit and a hair dryer are also included. Sheets and towels will be provided.

To make the most of your stay, you’ll have access to:

- A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen counter seating 4 people: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.
- A tastefully decorated first bedroom: double bed, closet with hangers.
- A cozy second bedroom: double bed, desk.
- A well-maintained bathroom: walk-in shower, mirror, sink, toilet, towel warmer.
You can also enjoy a lovely outdoor space with a furnished balcony.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time to 6:00 PM, instead of 3:00 PM.
The property will only accommodate the number of adults listed on the reservation. Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be admitted.
Each guest must provide a valid form of identification upon booking and at check-in.
This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar events.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are asked to refrain from making excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was at check-in.
If you leave the property late or outside the agreed-upon times (10:00 a.m. on the last day) without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a fee of €55.
A penalty of €150 will be charged to your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. A good size and well decorated, it was a nice environment. However we weren’t there much as there was too much to do around Nice which was absolutely buzzing. Between the incredible beach, the myriad of restaurants and cafes and the shopping, we were set.
A few things that could be improved upon for future guests. The key pick up is too far away for people who have had a long journey and have families. Why not give the code to get in and then have a lock box for the key by the front door? Much simpler.
The French doors out onto the balcony didn’t lock as it was broken but we felt safe / secure anyway.
The pillows were old, lumpy and smelly. They need to be replaced and there should be more pillows as it made it difficult to read in bed etc.
There is a dishwasher and powder tablets supplied which was great. But no dish cloth, dish brush or regular dishwash liquid for doing any other kitchen clean up. This is a must when you have a family staying!
The bedrooms were hot and small which made it hard to fit suitcases and to sleep! There was fans but they are very noisy. Aircon units would be so much better / make it more comfy.
All up, great place and a great stay - simply a few things to be improved upon! 😊
