About this cottage rental
Charming all-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax), a superb, typical farmhouse where old-world charm blends perfectly with contemporary décor. Ground floor: living room (TV, Bluetooth speaker), open-plan kitchen/dining area (4-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and shower room with accessible WC, separate WC, laundry room (2nd fridge/freezer). First floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, shared landing), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms, one with WC. Wi-Fi. Heating (included in the rates). The proximity to the lake and a spiral staircase require parents to be extremely vigilant with young children. Large, unfenced grounds in the heart of the forest. Private, covered, and heated outdoor swimming pool (6x3x1.10m) (May 15th to September 30th). Games room (table football, darts, board games). Fitness room (rowing machine, weight bench, exercise bike, TV) with outdoor access. Baby changing table. Charcoal barbecue. Non-smoking cottage. POOL OPENING: May 15th to September 30th. Exploring our vineyards is one of the treasures to discover; Bourgueil AOC is the closest!

The house was so well equipped- even better than the photos show: beautifully decorated, small gym room, darts, table football, table tennis, volleyball etc net, very large garden with various seating areas. The pool (outdoor with removable cover) had a decked seating area with loungers etc. In the kitchen, lots of cooking equipment and plenty of crockery/cutlery/glasses etc. Everything to make our holiday with extended family really special.
