About this cottage rental
Charming 16th and 18th-century house, fully renovated and nestled in a wooded setting. This detached house has its own entrance and enclosed garden. The owners live on-site in a separate house. A spacious terrace features a table and four chairs, two sun loungers, and outdoor games including a slide, ping-pong table, and pétanque balls. Ground floor: Living room/kitchen (sofa, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi), 1st bedroom (one 160x200cm bed), shower room with toilet. First floor: Mezzanine (sleeps one), 2nd bedroom (two 90x190cm beds that can be joined). Electric heating and a pellet stove are included. Private enclosed garden. Baby equipment: Cot (with mattress protector, fitted sheet, blanket, and sleeping bag), high chair, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toilet seat reducer, baby bouncer, and numerous toys and games. All-inclusive holiday rental (except tourist tax). Come and enjoy this lovely, fully renovated house, located between Tours and Saumur (25 km), just 200 meters from the Loire River. You'll be settled in quickly, as the beds are made up free of charge by the owners! They also provide complimentary linens for towels and kitchen towels. Discover the majestic stone giants in the heart of the Loire Valley: Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Saumur, and Villandry. Take a gourmet break during your holiday and explore the Touraine region, which offers a wide array of flavors (goat cheeses, dried pears, rillons) as well as its Bourgueil, Chinon, and Saumur wines. On foot or by bike, discover the surrounding countryside and its hidden treasures! Tennis is available in the village 2 km away; court reservations can be made on the online municipal schedule.
