Ubicación muy buena a 3 minutos del centro. Importante tiene aparcamiento.

Cama cómoda pero pequeña para una pareja. Baño con radiador y focos de espejo totalmente oxidados. Tendedero de la ropa inservible, totalmente oxidado, si tiendes la ropa ahí , tienes que volver a lavarla. Creo que no cuesta nada pintar un radiador y cambiar los focos del baño. La imagen es mala. Bañera cascada. En la cocina se echa de menos una mesa o un tablón .

Top Lage zum Meer und zur Stadt. Auch der Wanderweg verläuft direkt hinter der Anlage.

Keine Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung und zur Entsorgung. In der Küche wäre ein Wasserkocher sehr vorteilhaft. Es müssen dringend die Zugbänder an den Jalousien erneuert werden, da diese sich nicht mehr einziehen.

Quizás echamos en falta algún detalle tipo secador de pelo y para lo frioleros que somos también nos vino regular que no se pudiera poner la calefacción al gusto

These apartments are in a great location in Llanes. Everywhere is within walking distance. So you can park up your car when you arrive. Apartments are clean and have a handy kitchen .

Ideally located apts and exceptionally clean with helpful, friendly staff

Communication on the day of arrival was pro-active clearly letting us know how we could access the apt due to the reception being closed at the time of arrival

No outside furniture to utilise the balcony space to sit on or in the surrounding communal areas

Very comfortable stay and good value for money

Location was ideal to travel inland as well as along the coast. Its proximity to the lovely Llanes town. The apartment complex was quiet and secure. The gardens were well kept and pleasing to look at and the view of the mountains made the stay special. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. A very relaxing time was had.

Perfect location in a quite place near San Pedro path with picturesque ocean views, not far from from the city center and from the beach. Each apartment has two levels and its own parking place.

Poor wifi(sometimes there is no internet at all), some kitchen equipment is old-fashioned,

Superb

The staff are fantastic. Very friendly, & incredibly helpful when we had a massive problem with cars - THANK YOU again! The location is amazing with a few minutes walk to either beautiful beach which was great for kids (shade in afternoon, rockpools, shallow water) or the lovely town centre. Good amount of space, and having an up & downstairs is nice with kids for the evening, you don't feel like you're going to wake them up all the time. Comfy beds. Very clean. Great showers (both bathrooms). I'd definitely go back to both Llanes & Apt San Pedro.

Kitchen equipment was a bit minimal for a week's stay & was missing a few little things like a bin there. Wifi signal pretty marginal inside the apartment, ok outside the front door though! (to be fair I think it says only in public areas).

Perfect location. Close to a beach and the town of Llanes is walkable distance. Lovely cafe located at the bottom of the street. Property was clean and comfortable.

Wifi is practically non existent despite availability. Terraces were very small perhaps an idea would be to put some benches on the little green area in front of the property.

location is perfect, promenade upon sea shore is mind blowing, parking in front of the apartment is convenient.

apartment at two levels is inconvenient, specially for elderly people. wifi is slow.

Superb

Nice, well equipped apartment with own front door and parking space. Good location near town centre but very quiet. Price very reasonable for out of season booking. Staff very helpful.

The internet went down the first day and didn't come back on. This is mentioned in other clients reviews and if management offer a service then they are duty bound to provide it! This was very stressful for me, in these difficult times as I had to book a PCR test for return to the UK as well fill in the PLF. Fortunately Nuria in the office was very helpful and printed off my forms but I shouldn't have to sit outside reception in my car in order to piggyback off the office WiFi! Management should sort this. .

Idéal location

Few minutes walk into LLanes , where you will find lots of restaurants to choose from, and bars . Couple of minutes walk to the coastal path , absolutely ideal if you have a dog . In all a very pleasant stay .

The length of time for the hot water , to come through , 10/15 mins , for some reason we could not use the hob in the kitchen .

Dedicated parking for the room, separate entrance to the apartment, full equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, excellent location. Ideal for travellers with pets

Very happy with our stay.

Location is perfect, next to Paseo de San Pedro, 5 min walk from Llanes City Center. Clean with a functional kitchen.

The bathroom doesn't have ventilation. The fridge was a bit noisy.
