About this apartment rental

Welcome to Pino24 Comfort.
Here you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.
This spacious and modern vacation rental is centrally located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 12 people. It features a modern built-in kitchen, mostly new furniture, and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed linens, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided. It includes a washing machine, dryer, and oven, as well as a filter coffee maker with filter bags provided. LED TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and high-speed internet.
Balcony with a magnificent, sweeping view to the east and toward the pool and garden. Sauna in the garden shed.
Large fenced-in garden with a lawn for sunbathing and a seasonally heated, covered outdoor pool. (Open seasonally) Covered shelter in the garden with seating for about 20 people. Play equipment and sandbox for children. Large foosball table. Free parking spaces. Charging station for cars and e-bikes.
Spacious bathroom with shower and tub in Bedroom 1. Another bathroom in the large 3-bed bedroom. Additionally, a restroom in the stairwell, and another shower and restroom in the pool area/garden. Grilling equipment is available. Refrigerators and freezers are also available in the garden.
One dog is allowed.
