Rented for 3 people: 1 large 160cm double bed in the bedroom and 1 high-end 120cm sofa bed (very easy to unfold).

The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet. Office space in the bedroom.

You’ll feel like you’re in a small house. The apartment is 50m² and features over 70m² of private outdoor space, including a very large south-facing terrace and a garden area. Each room opens onto the terrace through a large floor-to-ceiling window. You’ll enjoy the sunrise every morning, which floods the apartment with light…

High-quality amenities: electric shutters and blinds, reinforced door, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, drip coffee maker, compact dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle…)

Beds are made upon arrival. Linens are provided. A crib is available upon request.
In case of late arrival, keys can be picked up from a secure drop box.

Parking: spaces available in the residence; no private parking spots.

Everything is within walking distance: beaches (Rondelli Beach is less than an 8-minute walk away), restaurants, Menton’s Old Town, the Basilica, museums, and the Garavan train station…

The residence is located just below the prestigious Boulevard de Garavan: as you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’re diving into the sea!

Beach access: via the Sentier des Oliviers. Private gate leading to the residence with direct access to this path, which takes you to the sandy beaches of Menton Garavan in just a few minutes. Sablettes Beach is also accessible on foot. These beaches are lifeguarded in the summer.
Access to downtown Menton is 800 meters away, via the pretty, colorful alleys of the old town and the Basilica of Saint Michel.
Menton Garavan train station is a 10-minute walk away: connections to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Monaco (10 minutes), Nice, and Italy.
