About this villa rental
Semi-detached villa (CINIT046024C2PHKN8C3Q), about 600 meters from the sea, with a private parking space and a private, fenced-in garden.
The villa has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a large double sofa bed.
It can accommodate up to 7–8 people.
The garden features a large beach umbrella and two sun loungers for sunbathing. On the outdoor veranda, there is a 4x3 umbrella for dining outdoors under a comfortable covered area.
The living veranda is separate from the laundry area.
The villa is spread over two floors and has recently been renovated.
On the first floor, there is a bright living room divided into a relaxation area—with sofas and a convenient fold-out table that allows you to use a laptop while sitting on the sofa without having to bend over—as well as a 43-inch Full HD smart TV and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials: LG refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, five-burner stovetop, kettle, microwave, and toaster.
The kitchen opens directly onto the veranda terrace, which is furnished with a dining table, a BBQ, and a large blue umbrella.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall completes the floor.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a terrace; a bedroom with bunk beds and a panoramic terrace; and a double bedroom with a three-panel window.
All bedrooms are equipped with closets and air conditioning.

All the windows are motorized, and the garden has an automatic irrigation system.

Very good location, comfortable and clean, near the beach and a really good and fast communication with the owners. The garden and the big terraces are wonderful with a stunning view to the mountains. .

First of all we want to say that we had a very great week. They took good care of our stay there and it was very comfortable to live in the house. The hosts were very friendly and it was very pleasant to deal with them.
