About this apartment rental
Located in a turn-of-the-century building completely renovated, itself located in a very quiet private lane, "Clos des lucioles" whose houses are all colorful. The apartment is on the first floor with small garden and greenery in the part of Chin bordering Roquebrune- Cap- Martin and therefore close to Monaco. The seaside is 200 meters away
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. In the living room, a sofa with 2 separate mattresses of 80 cm wide each. Once unfolded, the sofa becomes a real comfortable bed for 2 people with access through a French window to the terrace. In the bedroom, a bed with 1 mattress of 160 cm wide bathed in the light of a large bay window. From the apartment you can step out onto the large green terrace of the neighboring building and is south-facing.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook and have all the meals of the day in the apartment. The washing machine and dryer are available to the guests of the first floor and are located in the technical room "0", on the first floor. With the key to the apartment, there is a key to the technical room.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided to guests. In winter, there are duvets on the beds and sofa, and in summer, only sheets.
The air conditioning is easy to use, but it can break down if it is used with the windows open. In winter, the air conditioning becomes the heating of the apartment, you can schedule it to be turned on before you return to the premises.
This apartment is ideal for 4 people, especially for 2+2 or 2+1 families, especially because of the height of the ceilings which gives volume.
The location of the apartment is ideal, no need for a car. 2 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants around the corner, next to the bus stop - direct connection to Nice airport and Monaco, close to the train station.

The location is ideal in a private street just a few steps from the sea. The apartment is spacious and contains all the necessary elements for an ideal stay. We appreciated the equipped kitchen and a brand new apartment. The rooms are air-conditioned, and we will return there more than once.

We intended to spend some time in the south of France with our two children, and it was perfect. The apartment is perfectly organized for four people, and the brand-new kitchen and bathrooms were ideal. We appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen, as well as provided towels and bath essentials. The location at the border of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and close to the seaside was perfect for the children. The building is quiet and air-conditioned, which was perfect for the season.

I recommend this apartment located on a private road, close to the sea. There is peace and quiet at all times. The apartment has been completely renovated and is suitable for 4 people, including a completely new equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, ...). The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer. A great additional advantage is the terrace and the fact that you can feel like in your real home there.
