Newly built, 2-room apartment. 60 square meters, living room/dining room/kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower (including ventilation system).
With private entrance, private garage (with wall-mounted charging station), and spacious terrace (approx. 20 square meters). Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, and coffee maker (Nespresso).
The bathroom features a washer-dryer that can be used for an additional fee.
Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The living room features a high-quality sofa bed suitable for two people.
The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
Parking (garage) right next to the house; bicycles can also be stored there. An electrical outlet is available in the garage (e.g., for an e-bike). Charging capability (11 kW wallbox) for an electric vehicle is available.
Bed linens and towels included!
Upon request, we can also leave the key in the key safe for a late check-in.
