Through the large picture window, you step directly onto the spacious terrace, which is perfectly framed by a rustic stone wall. The terrace faces east—ideal for breakfast in the morning sun.

Our modern vacation rental in Hart bei Chieming, with its quiet, rural setting overlooking meadows and forests, offers a relaxing vacation for up to 4 people.
The “Niederbuchner Vacation Rental” was built as an addition to the Niederbuchner family’s existing home. Construction on our vacation rental began in late 2022. The sustainable design—featuring a flat roof and a green roof—as well as the switch to a sustainable heating system formed the basis for the addition. The extensive landscaping of the outdoor area, including the stone wall, took a great deal of time. Construction of the vacation rental was completed in early 2024. Since then, our vacation rental has been available to guests. The idyllic property offers peace and relaxation in a rural setting.
