The space

The approximately 47-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (32 steps to reach the apartment’s floor) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double French-style sofa bed, and a TV;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet, access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with an armchair and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet.

- BALCONY with a wooden table, a lounge chair, and a beach umbrella.



One assigned outdoor parking space is available directly below the apartment.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

We require this procedure to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in a residential area of the city of Fano, in a spot that’s perfect for both a relaxing stay and a more active vacation: it is situated on a quiet street away from the busiest and noisiest roads, yet close to the beach with its sandy shore and the most popular bars and restaurants, and just a 25-minute walk from the city’s historic center. From this location, you can also reach all the most famous destinations along the Romagna and Marche coasts, as well as the picturesque
