Detached villa with a sea view, recently renovated and surrounded by greenery, comprising: 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom; a separate, fully equipped kitchen; a living room with sofa beds; and a second bathroom.
A spacious, shaded terrace with a barbecue runs along two sides of the house.
Upon request, accommodations are available for guests with allergies to dust mites, mold, and pollen, including: air purifiers, CE-certified dust-mite-proof mattress covers, and high-efficiency vacuum cleaners with dust filtration (supplement of €150 per week). At the rear of the property, there is a hot-water shower, a washing machine, an independent boiler, and a clothesline.
Hammocks and lounge chairs are available in the shaded garden.
The area is very quiet, and the house remains cool even on the hottest summer days.
